ringing and tassels are all fine and good if you are Pocahontas, but my guess is that not many people wandering round the UK are genuine native Indians. Dangling tassels are good for one thing... getting you stuck in closing lift doors, which isn't particularly helpful. I reckon we should ditch the fuss of fringing and swap for ladylike ruffles. Much more pleasing to my eye
